Shipping Policy

Cost

Shipping is a flat $75 per order, charged once regardless of how many artworks the order contains.

Timing

Original artworks are carefully packed and dispatched by tracked courier. Orders are generally dispatched within approximately three weeks of payment; you will receive the tracking number as soon as the shipment leaves.

Packaging

Every artwork is packed with meticulous care and attention, protected for its journey from the studio to your collection.

Destinations, duties and taxes

We ship worldwide. Any customs duties, import taxes or handling charges applied by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price or in the checkout fee.

Damage in transit

If a shipment arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the artwork before anything is moved and contact us at info@comicsketchart.eu within 48 hours of delivery so we can open a claim with the courier.
