Unique originals

Every artwork sold here is a one of one physical original. Please review the large images in the gallery carefully before purchasing; we are happy to provide additional photographs on request at info@comicsketchart.eu.

Final sales

Each artwork is a unique original offered at gallery conditions: sales are final and returns are not accepted, except in case of damage in transit or non-delivery, as described below. Where the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence provides otherwise, those rights remain unaffected. In every case, contact us at info@comicsketchart.eu before returning anything: the artwork must come back in its original condition and packaging, insured and tracked.

Refunds

If a return has been agreed in the cases above, once the artwork has been received and inspected, the purchase price of the artwork is refunded through PayPal. Original shipping costs, the checkout fee and any customs charges are not refundable.

Damage in transit

Damage claims follow the Shipping Policy: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and artwork.
