The seller

Sales on this website are made by Comic Sketch Art Europe (Comic Sketch Art, LLC).

The artworks

Every item offered is a unique physical original: ink on A3 paper (approximately 11 × 17 inches) by Mattia De Iulis, signed by the artist and sold with a certificate of authenticity issued by Comic Sketch Art Europe. Double spreads (pages 04–05 and 10–11) are single artworks sold as one item. The sale concerns the physical artwork only: no copyright or reproduction rights in the characters or the artwork are transferred.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is charged once per order at $75. An import and handling fee, shown as a separate line, is added at checkout. Payment is completed through PayPal in a single checkout; each artwork is limited to a quantity of one.

Availability

Artworks marked as Sold are shown for completeness of the collection and cannot be purchased. An order is confirmed only once payment has been received in full; in the rare case of a double sale of the same unique artwork, the later order is refunded in full.

Shipping and customs

Orders are dispatched worldwide by tracked courier, generally within approximately three weeks of payment. Any import duties or taxes applied by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. See the Shipping Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States. Mandatory consumer protections of the buyer's country of residence remain unaffected.
